American Idol

My pick for the winner of American Idol this year is David Cook. I have really fallen in love with him!! I think that he is amazing!! I have a couple songs of his on my blog. He is truly amazing! Now let's just hope that he doesn't get cut early like Chris Daughtry did!! So, who is your pick?

My guilty pleasure!

I just found out that my favorite American Idol contestant (he totally should have won...but that's a whole other post!) is coming out with a new album!! Yes...Clay Aiken!! :-) Sorry folks, but I love his voice! It comes out next Tuesday (on Bug's birthday). I listened to a song and it sounds good...back to the Clay Aiken that I loved a while back. YAY!!

Happy Birthday!!

Nine years ago today my first child was born. We didn't know if it was a boy or a girl. We were blessed with a cute little bald baby boy. I was induced with him and it took ALL day. He was born at 9:40 p.m. I can't believe how much he has grown. Time sure flies!! He is very loving, sensitive and caring. He is a good big brother to his siblings...and I am so happy to be his mom. Happy Birthday sweetheart!!

Hot!!

Was yesterday a beautiful day or what?!?! It was so hot...in the 90's. It was a great day! We were invited over to my brother and sister-in-law's house for swimming and a BBQ. My other brother and his wife came as well. What a nice day to swim...well, kinda. I didn't get in...except for my feet. It was freezing!! Pebbles didn't want to go in really either. Both of my sister-in-laws took some great pictures and hopefully they will send me some and I will add them to this post. (Hint...hint!!) Today is a beautiful day as well. I am welcoming the warm weather...nice to pull out the shorts and sandals!!

Wii got one!!

We are so excited!! This game is so much fun...we have had a blast creating profiles for family members and playing all sorts of games. Uncle C and Uncle S are a riot to watch! Wii should have a Wii night!! Come on over! The kids would love to play with someone other than us!!

Rock Band!!

Ok...so we are finally cool!! We played rock band!! It was so much fun!! So, now I think that I am up for a little guitar hero! The drums were really fun and so was the guitar!! We had a great time playing!! Thanks neighbors!!
