Boutique

I am excited to share that I am participating in my very first boutique! I'll admit, I am a little nervous. I'm not sure what to expect. But, we'll see! Check out the flier and stop on by! It's this weekend and there is going to be over 40 vendors! Fun times!

Halloween

School is in session!

I do love summer, but sometimes it just seems too long. Life is better when we have a routine. So, yes, I am happy that school has started!! Even for Lindsey! Here are pictures of the kids on the first day. 6th grade, 4th grade, 2nd grade and Preschool.

Long time...no write!

Sorry bloggers, I have been neglecting you. Not on purpose though...just got kinda bored of it. So...here's some updates...starting with the most recent.

On Monday night we went to McDonald's for family night. Cheap ice cream!

Also...I have started another blog: www.strawberrysweetiemel.blogspot.com where I am displaying items that I have made and would like to sell. Check it out! I plan to open up an etsy account as well. Here's a sample of what I have done recently:

I gave my baby a haircut! I cut off all his curls... :-( He looks so cute though! It was just really bushy in the back. Much better now! (Pardon the food in his mouth! hahah)
We have had some fun at the beach with family and friends and look forward to many more trips there. It's been rather cold for a California summer...but I'm not complaining too much! :-)

Lindsey is 4

My little girl...who was my baby for so long...is 4 today. She is growing up so fast. She still loves to snuggle with me and love me! Her favorite color is purple and since that is also my favorite color, I now have to be yellow for everything because she is purple! She is so cute and sweet. I just love her!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY LINDSEY!!
